GENERAL INFORMATION
The St.Petersburg Insitute for Economics and Mathematics and the faculty of Applied Mathematics
and Control Processes of St.Petersburg State University is organizing the
international conference on Logic, Game Theory and Social Choice 2, to be held in
St.Petersburg, June 21-24 2001.
The scientific program of the conference is on the relations between
the fields mentioned in the title. The idea is a conference with
about 80 participants with no more than 60 papers to be accepted.
This conference has the scientific and financial support of the Center of Game
Theory of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Control Processes of St.Petersburg State University (Russia).
There are three INVITED LECTURES. The extended abstracts (up to 5 pages) will be available at the conference.
The following JOURNALS will make a selection from the accepted papers for
publication, may be in a special issue of the journal: Social Choice and
Welfare, Mathematical Social Sciences, The International Game Theory Review
and periodical volumes(?) "Game Theory and Applications". This doesn't mean
that the participants cannot publish their papers presented on LGS2 anywhere else.
